Somnium Space
Somnium Space is an open virtual world with on-chain land, built with a stronger emphasis on VR presence than its peers. Its land supply is smaller and its population smaller still, which makes it a clearer test of whether scarcity alone supports a land market.
Why it is worth tracking
Somnium constrained land supply far more tightly than The Sandbox did. If scarcity were sufficient to support price, that difference should show up in the drawdown. It did not to any decisive degree — which is the most useful negative result the category has produced.
Position
We hold Somnium Space land, and say so here rather than leaving a reader to discover it. A register that quietly covers only the worlds we are exposed to would be a portfolio dressed as a reference; one that covers them without disclosure would be worse. Every world entry states our position in it, held or not, in the same place and the same words.
